This company that Laurie and Jimmy and I cater for from time to time is called Soiree. The lead guy there, Larry, is SO fabulous, that even though they do not pay very much for very laborious work, I continue working for them because i just LOVE Larry. Soiree has just begun working Land Resource weekends where we go to a plot of land and set up food for breakfast and lunch while hundreds of people are bussed in to buy property in new developments. We left Atlanta at 2 Friday afternoon and got home about 2 in the morning Saturday night. I got to work the "cooking class" outside. I made a Curry Cashew Mango Chutney over and over again and it was DELICIOUS!
