Trick or Treat

So to make it all a little more exciting this year... Jenny and I decided to give the kids tips. Whoever gave the best tips or the most tips in one door knocking session would win. It was so revitting that we even got John in on the fun up in Nashville. His best one was "stay away from yellow snow." It all came from these videos that Wes Stubblefield had Jennifer and I about to wet our pants watching one night. They've taken old GI Joe PSAs and made them funny. Remember those GI Joe commercials??

I think my best one was "If you see a live wire in the street, be sure to get away from it quickly and tell an adult."

Mother almost wet her pants to "Always wear a floatation device when playing near water." The chubby little princess stood there looking at the three of us for a second. Mother was trying to offer help but just sat there with tears streaming down her face from laughter. She looked at her candy and then said "Thank you!" with a huge grin and walked away. For several minutes afterward all Mother could say was "she said Thank you! She actually said Thank you! She liked the tip!"

Jenny's best was to "keep the hairdryer away from the bathtub." It was one of the funniest evenings I've ever spent with family.

If we can figure out how to post videos from the camera on here, I'll try to get one up.
