Highballs and Hydrangeas

So I woke up Thursday morning and called GA State just to see what they had to offer in ways of nursing programs. They had the 16 month program that Belmont had, but I wasn't sure if I could get in. So I talked to a guy there named Steven who said that he couldn't see me until September. I laughed and said that I'd be on the next flight to Atlanta. I said that I would be sitting outside his office and if he had a cancelation before September, I would love to fill it. He saw me as soon as I got off the train. My grades transferred over to create a MUCH higher GPA for me than I had originally graduated Auburn with. I knew at this point that I would be moving back to Atlanta to go to school at GA State.

I flew back to Nashville Friday afternoon just in time to make it to Cheekwood's Highballs and Hydrangeas event. We had a BLAST! I didn't know if Elizabeth was going to make it when we found out we had to walk 2 muddy blocks in the rain to a bus before we got there.
