4th of July Peachtree Road Race

Another year of running the Peachtree Road Race w/ the family. Jenny and John, you have to come with next year! Pregnant or not! It's a quick 6 mile race that has become one of the most popular races in America. There is SO much going on, it's hard to remember you're running. We all stayed together this year, no one was running for time. I think Daddy made this race an extra exciting event for everyone running near us! We were singing all the songs and dancing and stopping off to take pictures near fun stuff. It was such a great time. Mother, you did an AMAZING job! I'm so proud to have such a fit mom!

We got a hotel room this year so that Mother didn't have to wait in the 4 hour portapotty line. And it worked! Dad and I were the ABSOLUTE last two runners to start the Atlanta Half and the Chicago Marathon. It was very interesting to start this one with our time group!

We were actually early to the start line. Plenty of time to take more pictures!

I have yet to figure out why, but these things make me SO happy!! These are a definite for my 30th birthday!

Oh Cardiac Hill, WHY do you have to be so hard?! Piedmont hospital sits at the top of the hill which is nice for those people who don't quite make it.
