Passion 2007

The Passion Conference for 2007 is finished. It was even better than past years in that people from the past two years were both there and I got to meet new mentors and friends. Pictures are already up on the website. As of right now, you can view all main sessions, but they were only supposed to be up for 24 hours each, so I'm not sure how long they will be available. I watched some again last night when I got in.
Above is a picture of our "food team" meeting just before we fed 20,000 students. Below are dear friends, Virginia and Gene from St. Louis. They run a camp each summer; THEE Camp. Along with their son, and to the right is a new friend, Randy, from Austin, who was kind enough to send me these pictures.
Below are the lyrics to David Crowder's newest song. I loved it when I heard it on the radio, but I guess I didn't really understand the lyrics because as we were singing it I realized that these lyrics are even greater than John Mayer lyrics. And that's really saying something!
Wholly Yours
I am full of earth
You are heaven’s worth
I am stained with dirt, prone to depravity
You are everything that is bright and clean
The antonym for me
You are divinity
But a certain sign of grace is this
From the broken earth flowers come up
Pushing through the dirt

You are holy, holy, holy
All heaven cries “Holy, holy God”
You are holy, holy, holy
I want to be holy like You are

You are everything that is bright and clean
And You’re covering me with Your majesty
And the truest sign of grace was this
From wounded hands redemption fell down
Liberating man

You are holy, holy, holy
All heaven cries “Holy, holy God”
You are holy, holy, holy
I want to be holy like You are

But the harder I try the more clearly can I feel
The depth of our fall and the weight of it all
And so this might could be the most impossible thing
Your grandness in me making me clean

Glory, hallelujah
Glory, glory, hallelujah
So here I am, all of me
Finally everything
Wholly, wholly, wholly
I am wholly, wholly
I am wholly, wholly, wholly
Yours

I am full of earth and dirt and You

Kimberly, I absolutly love that song from David Crowder. His lyrics are amazing after you actually have a chance to read them and process them.

Thank you for this posting and for helping us on the "food team"!
