Kimberly Christian: Biology Biking Hendersonville Chucky Cheese

Studying for biology and "getting it" is so rewarding. It isn't necessarily difficult information, I just haven't seen it since my sophomore year in high school (12 years ago). So I went to bed reading and I woke up yesterday morning and rode my bike to school! First time ever. Strapped my backpack on and hauled it to class. I went at 5:30 so as to avoid traffic. Riding back was a little more tricky.

After class, I went up to Hendersonville to have lunch w/ Jenny and Colby at Chili's. Michelle Spears and I had eaten one of those Molton Lava Chocolate cakes the day before and I had to have another one! I ended up taking a nap and spending the whole day in Hendersonville. And I went ahead and spent the night. Laundry, knitting, super fast internet, a little bonding w/ the niece... it's always a great time!

Jenny asked Peyton Stubblefield to spend the night and when I woke up from napping, two little girls were holding hands and running thru the house screaming. We were both thrilled for Jenny to enter this new level of motherhood!!

Then we go to a restaurant called Chucky Cheese. It's the Dave and Busters for kids. So Jenny and I have Peyton and Colby and I call my girlfriend, Kate, who lives up here and she brings her kid, Rainey, and her friend's kid, Jenna. 3 adults, 4 little girls. About halfway thru we notice that Peyton's skirt looks wet. Jenny starts laughing and says she thinks Peyton wet her pants. I try to convince her that she didn't, so we ask her. "No, something just splashed up on me." Jenny's laughing so hard it's hard for her to investigate. "What splashed up on you?? Where?" "Just right here where I'm standin." Me -- "See, something splashed up on her. She's fine. Go play!"
